At GG’s Golden Glaze, we understand that life can be unpredictable. That’s why we have a flexible cancellation policy with no fees associated. If you are unable to make your appointment or need to cancel, simply let us know as soon as possible. In the event that you are late past 15 minutes, a fee will be charged of 10% and if I can still accommodate you, I will. In the event that I can’t, I will have to cancel your appointment and rebook you for a future date. Thank you!
